Start your new year afresh taking time out to re-set, allowing you to feel calm, restored and inspired, ready for the year ahead.

Wintertime wellness in the Cotswolds

It’s all awaiting you...

This secluded sanctuary offers a soul-soothing backdrop of woodland trails and open skies. The world-class spa features an inviting indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and seven bespoke treatment rooms. With a spa lounge, café, and outdoor hot tub set beside a crackling fire, this retreat is designed to recharge and inspire. It’s a place to rest, move, connect, and savour life’s simple pleasures.

You’ll be retreating to one of the Cotswolds’ most enchanting wellness destinations – recently named one of “The best UK spa hotels for winter breaks and beyond” by Harper’s Bazaar. Nestled within 220 acres of rewilded countryside, this haven blends rustic charm with understated elegance. Think log fires, natural textures, and refined simplicity – a serene escape with just the right amount of luxury.

Long woodland walks meet roaring fires and a relaxing spa.

In the embrace of the English countryside, you’ll find the tonic of tranquility.

This is a time for daily Pilates, relaxation, connecting with likeminded women, chatting, laughing, enjoying delicious fresh food and good wine. Time away from responsibilities. This is far more than just Pilates. I am a firm believer in fitness in conjunction with life's riches. This is about taking time away from your busy life, to nourish your body and soul.

Each morning, you’ll enjoy a dynamic 1-hour Pilates class to energise and uplift you for the day ahead.

Each evening, we’ll meet again for a gentle Pilates session focused on mindful stretching, toning and deep relaxation, helping your body unwind before dinner.

In between, your time is completely your own… Indulge in the spa’s soothing facilities, curl up with a good book by the fire, or explore the charming local towns nearby. If the mood takes you, breathe in the fresh countryside air with a brisk walk, or simply do nothing at all - this retreat is all about tuning into what you need.

Food will be a big part of our retreat, bringing you nutritious comfort food that your body craves at this time of year. We will have mouth-watering meals prepared daily with seasonal and fresh products. You will be provided with a delicious and generous breakfast and three course evening meal.

Your Questions Answered

IS IT OK IF I COME ALONE TO A RETREAT?

Yes, absolutely!

You won’t be the only one coming alone, so don’t worry. We spend a lot of time together as a group, so it’s ideal if you want to find some new like-minded friends. The groups of women who come along to our retreats are open, warm and welcoming.

It’s also worth knowing that we create a WhatsApp group chat before the retreat. It’s a lovely way to connect with others if you want to coordinate travel to the retreat or meet up beforehand! We use the chat during (and after) the retreat.

I HAVE NEVER DONE ANY PILATES BEFORE – CAN I STILL COME?

Yes, you absolutely can. That being said, you will probably enjoy the Pilates more if you’ve taken a few classes beforehand, either online or in person. Maybe give my online Pilates membership a try?

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, CAN YOU CATER FOR ME?

Yes! When you sign up for the retreat, you’ll fill out a questionnaire where you can add in any dietary requirements and more information. We will look after all of your needs and make sure you feel totally comfortable.

CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL WHILE ON THE RETREAT?

As long as you balance it out with a green juice at breakfast! We’re joking of course, but yes, you can drink a lovely glass of wine after a day of Pilates. This is your own time to prioritise yourself– it's here to be enjoyed.

WHAT DOES THE RETREAT COST INCLUDE?

All of your Pilates, food and accommodation is included in the retreat price. The main cost not included is your travel, which you’ll need to organise yourself.

DO I NEED TO PACK MY PILATES MAT?

99% of the time no – the retreat venues have their own Pilates equipment available. If you do need to bring a mat with you, we'll let you know in plenty of time!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please make sure that you are certain that you can come before signing up.

Retreats are planned far ahead of time, as we secure our accommodation and private chefs more than a year in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, as even if you cancel we’re still responsible for paying third parties.

However, we absolutely understand that sometimes emergencies happen. Please let us know ASAP, so that we can have the best possible chance of finding someone to fill your spot. (If we are easily able to fill your spot, we can offer refunds on a case by case basis).

SHOULD I BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Yes, always. Just in case.
