I want to make it easy for you, to help you create consistency with your workouts so that you quickly feel and see results.

How it works: Online membership will give you access to a collection of 6, on-demand online Pilates videos, of varying length, for you to choose from. These are refreshed each week to keep things interesting and fun.

Our Cotswold Pilates retreat is designed to nurture all the senses in need this season. Our twice daily Pilates practices will massage tired muscles, our breathwork will bring you back to a place of peace, invigorating walks, followed by skin tingling spa and delicious dinners. There is no other way to describe this retreat other than like a big warm winter hug.

I have been practicing Pilates for 10 years, since the birth of my second daughter in 2012. During this time, I have enjoyed various forms of Pilates, both in the studio and online and have experienced a range of incredible teachers. Right from the start, I loved the way it made me feel both physically and mentally – and not just during the class, but afterwards too. Very quickly, and almost without realising it, Pilates became a vital part of my life - intrinsic to my sense of wellbeing and happiness.
Wishing to pass on this fantastic experience to others, I decided to take the plunge and become an instructor. I am now classically trained, having attended London’s prestigious Exhale Pilates, under the tuition of the inspirational Gaby Noble and Stacey Smith.
My aim is to encourage people to take good care of themselves, to help them to become happier, healthier versions of themselves.
Joseph Pilates strongly believed in fitness in conjunction with life’s riches - and I’m definitely of the same heart. Like most of us, I’m keen to live life to the full – to spend time with friends and family, enjoy good food and wine, discover new places and try fresh experiences. And by looking after our bodies and mental health, we can enjoy these moments to the max.
